Biscuit Loft, a Japanese-inspired apartment design in Downtown LA's burgeoning Arts District. Housed within the prestigious Biscuit Company Lofts building, the firm's interior architecture and design has transformed a tired 1,620 sq. foot loft space into a two-bedroom urban zen hideaway. Maximizing every inch of space, OWIU created additional quarters and distinct uses for each room. The result is an apartment that merges Asian design principles with Southern California industrial edge, to create a comfortable living environment that inspires thoughtful daily routine and encourages a mindful lifestyle.

The main ideas of the ADDP Office project are customization, brand identity and material exploration. 90% of the elements in the lobby design for ADDP Architects were customized and material choice played a large role in the visual and spatial layout of the office. The dark wood texture of the lobby extends into the reception area, where the ADDP Logo prominently rests above the desk. It is a design identity that immediately transports visitors into the world of ADDP, a firm built on legacy and strong principles but remains classic and relevant even as time passes.
